An excellent supplement to the book story. The audio book is based on an audio recording that is orientated around the book but which combines sounds, superb effects etc. in order to enhance the dramaturgy. In terms of the plot, the production relates to the contents of the hardcover book (refer to description). The voices with a Swiss touch are particularly charming and these can also be imitated in foreign languages in terms of sound and tonality.

The illustrations produced by the renowned illustrator of children’s and young people’s books, Bernhard Oberdieck, can be described as extremely loving and idyllic by design. He has been illustrating books for over twenty years, for German and foreign publishers.
Höppi – Hero of the adventure
Right behind the carrot field there is a large green meadow on a small hill. A little house surrounded by a neat wooden fence stands on the meadow. It is the home of Höppi and his parents. The little rascal is a jolly whirlwind and very adventurous. Dressed in overalls and with his perky hairdo, Höppi is a loveable youngster and jack-of-all trades. Unfortunately, he sometimes gets into real trouble and hair-rising adventures. Every now and then, Höppi behaves like a stubborn little kid and gets terribly upset if something does not work straight away. Then he calls out loudly: „Waschga“!
